Dr. Emmauel SEFUKU HAFASHIMANA, commonly referred to as Dr. or Dr. Emma, was one of the founding members of RAFC and a revolutionary factor in this Organisation's key activities, like unity, contribution towards helping the needy, commemoration of the 1994 Genocide Against The Tutsis, and brotherhood sports mention. We can greatly say he made us look the way we look today.
Dr. Emmanuel, a tall, elegant soft-spoken, fearsome but kind man, was the father figure to RAFC, and his loss is forever going to reveal a huge gap he left behind.
We stand here today because of this man who left us two years ago. We miss him like never before, and only holding on to his values makes us feel like he is still with us.
he was RAFC and RAFC was him, he served it with a commitment beyond 100%, and he always felt we stayed united always.
We are forever going to be united, for falling apart will be giving up on you
